Atascadero recorded 28 home sales, a 20% decrease compared to July of last year. The median sales price climbed to $857,500, representing a 2% year over year increase. Sellers received 97% of their list price and homes had a median days on market of 20 days.
Paso Robles experienced the strongest sales activity of the three communities, with 72 homes sold, a significant 67% increase from one year ago. The median sales price came in at $745,295, a modest 3% decrease year over year. Median days on market for homes were 27 days, while sellers received 98% of their asking price, reflecting continued buyer competition.
Templeton recorded 8 home sales, a 33% increase over last July. The median sales price was $1,157,363, down 19% from a year ago. Homes spent a median of 59 days on the market, and sellers received 96% of their list price.
