It’s August and for some of us, school starts soon! Where did the summer go? We continue to see a more balanced, pre-COVID Real Estate Market here on the Central Coast. Sellers are still enjoying high property values but buyers are now able to be more patient. The franticness we experienced the last 2 years has started to dissipate and we’re entering into a more conventional type of market.
