A big congratulations to Trudy and Ashley for representing their buyers on the purchase of their new Atascadero home! Even more special, their buyer was a former student of Trudy’s and they were first-time homebuyers! 
This was a very smooth transaction, and Trudy and Ashley are so excited for them as they begin this new chapter. And of course, their puppy is pretty excited too—there’s finally plenty of grass to run and play in!
