The housing market on the Central Coast is continuing to stabilize and balance out. Home sales may be down this month compared to this time last year but our inventory is slowly starting to rise. The reduced number of home sales is a product of several different factors including higher interest rates and us being in the fourth quarter of the year where traditionally home sales slowdown. Even with our reduced home sales this past month, the home values on the Central Coast remain strong!
