#1. Love it or Leave it Guarantee
When you buy a home using a Malik Real Estate Group Buyer’s Specialist to represent you—if for any reason under the sun, you are not happy or must relocate—we will sell the home you buy through us and waive our side commission. Here’s how it works: During the first 12 months after your closing, if you are dissatisfied with your new home purchase for any reason at all, you simply let us know and you get our incredible home selling system at no charge from us. We will list your home until it sells. During this period, any commissions paid on the sale of the home will be paid directly to the agent that brings the buyer for your home and not to us (typically a 2.5% fee). You pay Malik Real Estate Group nothing.
Having a warranty for your new home gives a strong sense of security— the awareness that, even if something goes wrong with the house, everything will be OK. When you purchase a home through us, we will negotiate fiercely to get the seller to provide you a one-year home warranty. If we can’t do that, then we’ll pick up the cost of providing you one ourselves. Either way, you and your family are covered!
We’re so committed to your satisfaction with your home buying experience that we guarantee you’ll be happy. And “If you’re not happy, FIRE ME.” You have the right to cancel our Buyer Agency Agreements at any time, without penalty, up to the time we present an offer on your behalf to a potential seller. Should you want to cancel, simply let us know and we’ll release you from any agreement. No obligation, no penalty, no costs.
When enrolling in our Buyers Advantage Program, it gives you discounts to vendors we work with, access to our office copier, fax and free use of our conference room.
Home Hunter Service: Get notified about new listings right when the hit the MLS. Our Home Hunter Service gives you an up to date pass to the MLS, as if you were an agent. This service puts you in position to act quickly on some of the best deals in the market.
Distressed Sellers Program: Get access to motivated sellers who are looking to sell their homes because they are in foreclosure, an absentee owner, have had their home on the market for more than 6 months or are currently carrying two homes. These homes represent great bargains and we get you access to them.
